整柜集装箱海运操作流程大概如下：
1、工厂或者贸易公司与我们确认好海运费用，船公司，船期。
2、我们向相应的船公司订舱。取到舱位（SO）
3、我们安排拖车公司拿着SO到码头提到空柜到指定的工厂装货。然后锁上封条。
4、拖车把柜子拖还到码头。（如需要做熏蒸消毒的柜子要到指定的场所放药后再还柜）
5、工厂提供装箱单给我们，我们安排报关工作
6、工厂提供提单资料——补料。
7、核对提单，与账单。付款，出提单
8、目的港客人拿到提单，提柜，工作完成。
