1、单据要求

《出入境危险货物包装性能检验结果单》
《出境危险货物包装使用鉴定结果单》

注：使用单上的性能单号必须与所提供性能单一致
②船公司申请表格及各类保函
根据不同船公司要求具体提供
2、装箱人员要求
如在工厂装箱，工厂装箱检查人员应接受相关法律要求、危险货物安全及集装箱装载专业知识培训合格，取得相应资格,取得“危险货物集装箱监装员证书” 。
3、装箱要求
①、货物包装完好，标志齐全
②、集装箱清洁干燥
③、衬垫合适，加固强度足够
六、危险货物运输基本成本构成
1、海运费：
危险货物海运费以普货海运费为基础分为系数加成和固定加成两种。系数加成一般为普货海运费X1.3或1.15，固定加成根据船公司，航线，危险货物类别不同具体确定。
2、杂费：
THC：一般普通货物收费+100或等同于普通货物
港杂费：125或130
3、申报费用
申报费：100/票
吊装费： ￥395/20`DG ￥750/40`DG
危险品单证：￥500/票（船代收取）
4、装箱费用（送货至码头场地装箱产生）
5、场站费用：
标签费：￥30/20 DG ￥30/40 DG（箱体大标签）
集装箱检验 ：￥100/柜
七、危险品操作基本流程
1、船公司订舱： 需提供两证一书及危险品申请表格。
2、海事申报：需提供两证一书。申报后海事出具《危险货物适运申报单》。
3、码头申报：需提供《危险货物适运申报单》。申报后码头出具《危险货物码头作业审批单》及《危险货物入库受理单》。
4、货物装箱，需拍摄装箱照片及视频，并提供《危险货物集装箱监装员装箱证明书》
5、装箱回货，危险品库发送运抵，报关放行。
6、缮制船公司IMO表格。
